At Warm Valley Farm, everything we do is centered around freshness, care, and sustainability — from how our animals are raised to how your food reaches your home. Our delivery system is designed to support those values while keeping things simple and dependable for our customers.
How Our Delivery Works
We offer once-weekly delivery based on location. Each delivery area has a set delivery day, which allows us to:
Deliver products at peak freshness
Keep milk and cultured dairy cold and properly handled
Reduce fuel use and environmental impact
Spend more time on animal care and food production
Rather than rushing multiple trips each week, we plan thoughtful, efficient routes — just like a farm should.
Delivery Days by Location
Delivery days are assigned by region and remain consistent week to week.
When you place an order, you’ll select the delivery area closest to you, and your order will be delivered on that area’s scheduled day.
Lander: Weekly on Tuesday
Riverton: Weekly on Monday
Dubois: Weekly on Thursday
If you’re unsure which area applies to you, we’re always happy to help.
Ordering & Cutoff Times
To prepare your food fresh and intentionally, orders close before each delivery run.
Order cutoff
Orders must be placed by Sunday at 10:00 pm for the upcoming delivery for the week.
Orders placed after the cutoff will be delivered the following week.
This allows us to milk, culture, bottle, and pack with care — not rush.
